1. What is my Zodiac sign?
The months and dates for each zodiac sign are as follows:
Aquarius = January 20 - February 18
Pisces = February 19 - March 20
Aries = March 21 - April 19
Taurus = April 20 - May 20
Gemini = May 21 - June 20
Cancer = June 21 - July 22
Leo = July 23 - August 22
Virgo = August 23 - September 22
Libra = September 23 - October 22
Scorpio = October 23 - November 21
Sagittarius = November 22- December 21
Capricorn = December 22 - January 19
2. Do you guys offer customized robes?
- We DO NOT offer customized robes at the moment, but intend to do so in the near future. Sign up and join the team to stay up- to-date.
3. How do I know my size?
- All robes are 48in long and One Size Fits MOST.
4. Can I make changes to an order I already Placed?
- Please make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state, and zip code to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make any changes to your shipping address. You may contact us at info.livinnlounge@gmail.com for more info.
5. Can I exchange an item?
We DO NOT offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to return and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.
