Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your LivinNLounge order we have a 5-7 days policy, meaning that you will have up to 7 days from delivery date to return an item in exchange of full refund. We DO NOT accept return pass this 5-7 days period.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in original clean condition with a tag. We do not accept item(s) that have been WORN, ALTERED, LAUNDERED, or DAMAGED. Returns due to lent are also not accepted.
To start a return, you may contact us at info.livinnlounge@gmail.com. Please be sure to provide your Order Number and the shipping Zip Code. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as a return form that must be included inside of return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return beforehand will not be accepted.
Once packages is handled to carrier, We are not responsible for any lost packages. Please keep tracking details for your records.
